Vitamin C is found in many fresh vegetables and fruits, such as broccoli, green and red peppers, collard greens, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, lemon, cabbage, pineapples, strawberries, citrus fruits.

Hopefully not, as the rainy season comes in the country. More people opt to get a daily dose of vitamin C to prevent them from getting flu virus. I'm no exemption to that as i just get my bottle of vitamins to boosts my immune system. So, for people who can't buy vitamin tablets/capsule. Where can they possibly get their own share of this most sought after vitamins?
